  • We have worked in compensation and benefits for approximately 25 years working with publicly held companies, non profits and professional services firms (including medical practices, law firms, and architectural firms). Corporate Compensation Partners is our affiliated company for compensation consulting services: director compensation, officer compensation, job evaluation and market pricing.
Retirement Plans
  • We work closely with several open architecture platforms allowing clients to design the plan and investment choices based upon the right fit for the organization versus fitting into a vendors bundled approach.
  • The administrative platforms provide integrated employee education, daily valuation, discrimination testing and website communications and plan assess.
  • We are independent investment advisors and plan consultants to address the fiduciary plan considerations and independent investment advisory services.
  • Fees are disclosed for investment advisory and administrative services to provide full transparency and best of breed access to the best performing funds for each manager and most cost efficient access to the funds.

Health and Welfare Coverage
  • This is handled for clients through Clearpoint resources along with affiliated partners. We work with all the carriers and provide the service capability to effectively utilize cost management design tools such as HRA’s, HAS accounts as examples.
  • Managing claims experience, providing dedicated account executives, administering COBRA are some of the services we believe should be available from a true benefits resource.
